Private Hibachi Chef at Home

Hibachi at home is a private chef experience where we bring the hibachi grill, fresh food, cooking tools, and live entertainment to your home, backyard, patio, Airbnb, vacation rental, or private event space.

Our private hibachi chef service includes the chef, grill, ingredients, cooking tools, hibachi show, salad, hibachi vegetables, Japanese fried rice, and 2 protein choices per guest.

Standard pricing is $50 per adult and $30 per child, with a $500 minimum per event. Tax, gratuity, travel fee, upgrades, and add-ons are not included in the base price.

You can reserve your party online with a $50 deposit. The deposit holds your date and time. The remaining balance and gratuity are paid directly to your chef on the party day.

Please send your final guest count and protein choices at least 3 days before the party. This gives us enough time to prepare the right amount of food for your group.

Each guest can choose 2 proteins. Protein options usually include chicken, NY strip steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, and tofu. Guests can also choose the same protein twice if they prefer.

Yes. Adults and kids can each choose their own proteins. Kids meals are smaller portions, but children can still choose 2 proteins.

Common add-ons include edamame, gyoza, shumai, and noodles. You can also upgrade to filet mignon or lobster tail, or add a third protein for guests who want extra food.

Please prepare tables, chairs, plates, utensils, napkins, and a flat cooking area. We bring the chef, grill, food, cooking tools, and entertainment.

No electricity or water is usually needed for the hibachi grill setup. The most important requirement is a safe, flat, dry, and well-ventilated cooking area.

Yes. We often serve hibachi parties at homes, Airbnbs, backyards, patios, vacation rentals, waterfront homes, clubhouses, and private event spaces.

We can usually continue if there is a covered, dry, flat, and well-ventilated area such as a covered patio or safe garage setup. If severe weather makes the setup unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule.

Most hibachi parties take about 90 minutes from cooking to entertainment. Larger parties may take longer depending on guest count, setup, and menu choices.

Your chef usually arrives before the scheduled start time to set up the grill and cooking station. Please have the tables, chairs, and cooking area ready before the chef arrives.

Yes. We provide hibachi at home service across South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and nearby areas.

Yes. We also serve New York and the Northeast region, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and nearby areas depending on schedule and location.

A travel fee may apply depending on your ZIP code and distance from our chef’s base. Send us your event ZIP code and we can confirm the exact travel fee before you book.
